Hi, I just got an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2335 Printer (non-wireless, no AirPrint) and it does not print anything using my MacBook Air M2 (2022), Mac OS Sequoia.
Are there any existing HP drivers supporting this OS version? So far I only saw 2 drivers but for lesser OS version on the HP website.

Any help and support are appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @Charkma,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer's driver!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Regarding the compatibility of the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2335 Printer with macOS Sequoia (MacBook Air M2 - 2022), I would need to clarify that the drivers available on HP's website might not explicitly show support for this specific OS version if it was released after the specification. However, HP typically updates drivers regularly, and newer versions may support the latest operating systems.

You may try the following steps to find a suitable driver:

Steps to Find a Compatible Driver

Visit the HP Support Website: Go to the HP Support website: HP Support.

Search for Your Printer Model: Enter "HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2335 Printer" in the search bar to find the specific support page for your printer.

Select Your Operating System: On the printer's support page, select your operating system (Mac OS Sequoia) from the list of available options if listed. If it's not explicitly listed, try selecting the most recent macOS version available.

Download and Install: Download the driver or software package suitable for your printer model and install it on your MacBook Air.

Troubleshooting Tips

Use Built-In Drivers: If drivers for macOS Sequoia are not available, macOS might have built-in support for your printer. Connect your printer via USB, and check if macOS recognizes it automatically.

Print Test Page: Once you have installed the drivers, print a test page to ensure that the setup is working correctly.

HP Smart App: If the drivers don’t work, you can also try installing the HP Smart app from the Mac App Store, which often includes drivers and tools that help configure printers.

Update macOS: Ensure your macOS is updated to the latest version, as updates can include additional support for newer printers.

I hope this helps.
