Everything was working just fine when I was still using a computer that's on Windows 7.
After switching to Windows 10, the printer would no longer print despite being visible to the computer. I could still check the remaining ink in both ink cartridges which are inserted in the printer.

Hi Sandytechy20,
Mind telling me how will this method work if the same driver installer I used for the printer initially is the same file you gave?
I mean, this was a fresh install of the driver from a different computer since having built a new desktop earlier this year. The computer runs on Windows 10 x64.
If I am to follow your steps, is not just the same as what I had done initially?
I'm not discounting that the idea that the method might actually work (which I have yet to try and see). But based on the steps you've provided, I'm not really seeing where the solution part is coming from aside from the fact that I'd just be reinstalling the same driver.
Regards.
