Hi @Abhishek8989

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

I understand you are printing in single-cartridge mode.

Are you using the HP Smart app on the PC to print? Kindly check the same. If yes, proceed to the next step.

Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.

Try printing. Do not use the HP Smart app, you may uninstall it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hello

Thanks for your reply.

I tried this full featured driver today but it also didn't work. Gave same error " Out of toner/Ink".

My Cartridge is New and original. Wireless printing works from mobile and by USB from laptop.

But i'm not able to print using wireless from laptop.

Ran HP scan and doctor tool attached the screenshot here:

@Abhishek8989

Are you using the Hp Smart app to print from your phone?

Print a Network Configuration Page

  1. On the printer control panel, press the Wireless button.

  2. Press the Down arrow until Settings is highlighted, and then press OK.

  3. Press the Down arrow until Configuration Page is highlighted, and then press OK.

  4. Obtain the IP address of the printer.

Install the printer using the IP address:

  1. On the PC, go to Control panel > Devices and printers > Add a printer(at the top)
  2. Under 'Choose a device or printer', click on 'The printer I want isn't listed'.
  3. Select 'Add a printer using a TCP/IP address'
  4. Type in the 'IP address in Hostname or IP address' box, click next
  5. Proceed to the next steps by following the on-screen instructions.
  6. Try printing in color.

If the issue persists, Install the printer using Windows built-in driver

Refer to this document to know how. Try printing.

Let me know how this goes.
