Hello,
My HP Desk Jet 4675 printer only prints in black even with new cartridges. I have tried all options researched online and reinstalled several time to no avail. HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4675 has no option to print in colour using wireless printing. Any ideas?

Can you print a report from the printer in color, like the supplies status page?
If that prints in color, the printer itself should be fine.
If it's just wireless printing that's not working, I would check if preferences are set to BW. Or try reinstalling the correct drivers.

do test prints from the control panel of the printer appear in color? If yes then you have a driver issue and one thing you can try is on your PC go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer and then select printer properties from the drop down menu. Click on the device settings tab and scroll down until you see device type and change it to color. If you do not see these types of options it is possible that you do not have the correct HP driver installed and might have a Microsoft IPP driver. From the screen mentioned above click on the advanced tab and see what driver is listed as installed.

Yes I can scan a coloured page and that prints in colour well. Just the pdf or word documents from my HP laptop prints black only. There is no option to set preferences to colour. I have the latest drivers. Problems started after windows 10 updates and has continued with my Windows 11 upgrade.

Hi,
Try following below specific version of the HP Print and Scan Doctor Utility by selecting your printer:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/printers/hppsdr/patches/HPPSdr.exe
Be sure to restart your PC and allow the utility to complete the process, then check for any difference.
Try printing and check for any change, if the same remains try printing using the newly added print queue copy (Copy1) and check for any difference.
