Product: HP DeskJet 3760 All-in-One Printer

Tried to use my printer today and when I plugged it in and turned it on It would not connect to HP smart App or through my PC's Bluetooth,

When I first tried fixing the problem,-  on my devices list in the Bluetooth settings on my PC it said my devices name and under that it said something about a driver issue after looking up everything online and then trying to update my driver and resetting my PC it still did not work 

The HP smart app cannot pick up my printer at all I ran the diagnose option and it came up as "fix driver error" and will not connect to my printer at all 

I can search it up on my PC under "Add printer or scanner" and my PC can pick up my printer but when I enter the Pin to the printer it still will not connect
