Hi,

I downloaded the most recent full setup file from HP for my HP Officejet 6960 printer, but I run into an error when I try to install it. It refuses to install because it can't uninstall the old HP Dropbox Plugin. When I look at Programs and Features, I see the HP Google Drive Plugin but there is no HP Dropbox Plugin listed.

I unzipped the setup file and located the HP Dropbox Plugin installation file. I tried to install that, but I got the same message about not being able to uninstall the HP Dropbox Plugin.

Any help is appreciated!
