Hi,
I am having problems enabling Web Services with the HP Envy 120. After reading this post;
I thought it could be an issue with the time and date, however, I cannot find where the time and date settings are on this printer. Could anyone shed any light please?
Kind regards,
Kurt

Hi,
I got it sorted by resetting the printer to default settings, reconnecting the printer to my router and then enabling Web Services from the printer control panel. All working now 😀

@kurtph1969 Greetings from the HP Community!
Here's what I suggest you navigate through:
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE:
HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Once done, Go to Setup on the printer screen > Preferences > Date and time > Set the date and Set the time.
If you have trouble connecting to the web services: click here for steps.
