Product: HP ENVY 4520 printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my printer for a couple years now and it intermittently goes "offline" for no reason that I have discovered.  Equally puzzling, it goes back online without any explanation either.  I see others have had this same problem, but the solutions given usually require a degree in computer technology just to follow them.  This printer just worked for 8-10 different jobs this morning and then suddenly it says it is offline.  

Any ideas or solutions?  I've recently changed routers for a different reason but this printer is acting the same with both....
