Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when I turn on my printer I get the HP logo, a loading bar, and 7 dots at the bottom of the screen. The loading bar gets stuck on the second dot and never fully powers on. I have tried resetting the printer by unplugging it,

Most likely the driver for your printer is out of date, all you need to do is update the latest driver according to your desktop operating system.

Thanks for the reply; however, the computer does not see the printer..it is showing as offline. Plus, the printer display is stuck on the loading logo. I'm not sure how to update the driver if the computer can not control the printer..any suggestions?
