I could not find the start up print cartridges. I have not been able to get this to operate. Other cartridges do not set up. Can someone help me set this up. I hope I dont end up  regreting  this purchase.  I bought it months ago and cant use it. Why do you need a special set up cartridge anyway? Whose un smart idea was this?

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are trying to set up the printer and do not have the setup cartridges.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

NO This was not helpful. I cannot return the printer. I understand there is a way to over ride the  printer set up with the specific set up cartridges. Can you tell me how to do that? I have tried calling and your live customer service is impossible to reach. I have called a bunch of numbers and I keep getting hung up on.    Is this what I should expect from HP. No real people to help me? 

Automated response is terrible and the phone service sends me in circles.  Where is the HP I used to know? Where is the help?

I recommend you contact support and they will ship you a set of setup cartridges for your printer.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
