My printer is not printing at all. I have ran the Clean cartridge diagnostic tool as well as printing alignment, neither is printing anything. none of my print jobs will print, I can't even print a test page or a quality/status report page. Nothing is printing at all! I have goat through these forums, and have found nothing that can help. I have also turned my printer on and off, also unplugged the power. The least I get is faded words and/or lines to print. Nothing is working at I am quite fed up at this point. Need help to get my printer printing again.

Appreciate you trying the steps. 

 

Have you tried these steps as well? 

 

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
