Hi, I have a working HP ENVY 5640 printer.  We only use the printer with the HP Smart (iOS 14.3) app on two iPhones.  We don't have a computer.  The printer has its own valid e-mail address.  But when I select an account in the HP Smart app, then I should write the Claim code.  Can't find the Claim code in any printer information?

Should the ENVY 5640 printer be removed from the Wi-Fi network and reinstalled to get the printer account running with the Claim code?  Or is my printer ENVY 5640 already too old for the Claim code (account)?  So the printer works fine, but only the account doesn't work in HP Smart because the printer doesn't give the Claim code?

I understand you are unable to obtain the printer claim code. Let us try these steps:

Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the iOS devices

Restart web services on the printer
