HP Envy 6000

I have just bought a HP ENVY 6000 printer.. I have followed all instructions to then find the black set up cartridge is empty si cannot continue set up. As advised I have purchased another ink which has stopped the error message E0 but then i cant continue as i havent used the set up cartridge, when i have attempted to try printing it so comes up with "printer is blocked" error message.. Please help as i was desperate TODAY for the printer, i have paid a lot of unnessessary money on the printer and NEW inks when i could of purchased a cheaper printer but i still cannot use it

@Sharon6968 I suggest you check my private message for steps on performing a full reset, the instructions are designed for your specific printer and if anyone with a different model would try the steps, it may render the printer unstable, hence a private message would be the safest way of sharing this information:

And have a good day.
