Good morning, I'm looking for a driver for Windows 11. Up until last week, everything worked perfectly (Windows 10), but now it hasn't for a week... somehow, the Windows 11 driver won't install. In the HP Smart app, under "Printer Settings," it says: Installation Status: NOT Installed. And that's probably exactly the problem: I can't print anything. Can anyone help? I've already looked on the HP website and downloaded and installed something, but to no avail.

I downloaded and launched it, selected my printer, and entered my PIN... Then a window appeared saying "Required software, blah, blah" and "Please wait." Unfortunately, nothing happened after that (see screenshot).
