Hi, I bought an HP Envy 6032 Inkjet AIO printer from Elgiganten on 20/02/21 and I have trouble acquiring the free 5 months Instant Ink offer which supposedly comes with the printer. When registering, the printer Envy 6032 does not appear on the list of eligible Instant Ink printers, however it is part of the offer which is stated on the website, box, printer itself, and the enclosed brochure.
I have found that this exact problem was already discussed here by ‘‘Matth76‘‘ a month ago, but since each thread is taken care of individually, I do not have the solution to this problem. I would appreciate some guidance from the side of your Customer Service. I am enclosing screenshots.
