Hi @GABONIK1

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It sounds like your HP Envy 6432 printer's settings have changed, and you'd like to restore the confirmation prompt before printing.

Here's how you can try to bring back the previous behavior:

Check Printer Preferences:

On your computer, go to "Control Panel" > "Devices and Printers."

Right-click on your HP Envy 6432 printer and select "Printing Preferences."

Look for an option related to "Print Preview" or "Confirmation Prompt" and enable it if available.

Enable Print Preview in Applications:

If you're printing from a specific application (e.g., Word, Excel, or a browser), check the print settings within the app.

Look for a "Print Preview" option and enable it.

Reset Printer Settings:

On the printer's control panel, navigate to "Settings" or "Setup."

Look for an option to "Restore Defaults" or "Reset Settings." This will reset the printer to its original state, which might restore the confirmation prompt.

Use the HP Smart App:

Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.

Check the app's print settings for any options related to print confirmation or preview.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
