HP ENVY 6452e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I recently purchased a brand new HP ENVY 6452e for my mother for mothers day, I have tried to set it up and also purchased name brand HP printer cartridges number 67. I kept getting error E0 and found out it is needing a Setup cartridge which sadly did not come with the printer. I paid a good amount of money for this amazing device, but cannot use it like this, can someone please help or tell me where to get the setup cartridges? Thanks for your help.

@artofgregory, Welcome to HP Support Community!

To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
