HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

MY HP ENVY 7155 PRINTER---WHEN TRYING TO PRINT PHOTOS USED TO HAVE THE BLUE HP SMART PART TO BE ABLE TO XHANGE THE QUALITY OF THE PHOTO TO "BEST" BUTNOW OT DOESN'T WORK  AHVE TRIED OTHER THINGS---RESTART CMPUTER & PRINTER AND EVEN TRIED USING THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WHICH DIDN'T HELP.  DOES ANYONE HAVE A SOLUTION OTHER THAN THE PRINT & SCAN DOCTOR, THE DIAGNOSTICS TOOL???

It seems like you're experiencing issues with your HP ENVY 7155 printer not displaying the HP Smart options as it used to, particularly for printing photos in "Best" quality. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

Update HP Smart App:

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the HP Smart app installed on your computer or mobile device. Visit the app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) to check for updates and install any available updates.

Check Printer Driver:

  • Verify that your printer driver on your computer is up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause compatibility issues with printer features.
  • Visit the HP Support website, enter your printer model (ENVY 7155), and download/install the latest driver for your operating system.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart both your computer and the HP ENVY 7155 printer. This can sometimes resolve temporary communication or software glitches.

Reconnect Printer to HP Smart App:

  • If the printer is not appearing or functioning correctly in the HP Smart app, remove the printer from the app and then add it back.
