Product: HP ENVY 7640
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer scanner no longer works but can print after installing Windows 11 Pro, Version 22H2, Installed on ‎6/‎8/‎2022, OS build 22621.169, Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22632.1000.0

 

The ENVY 7640 scanner and printer worked fine in Windows 10 and Windows 11 up until the installation of 22H2.  Now, only printer works and scans can only go to thumb drive installed on printer.

 

Have tried uninstalling drivers and re-installing drivers with no luck.

 

Will HP be updating their drivers to work on Windows 11?

Please download and install HP Scan Extended

 

          https://ftp.hp.com/pub/scanners/HPScanExt/HPScanExt.msi 

 

the use it to scan.
