HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer

My HP ENVY 7640e printer will not complete a print job. The document shows up in the print que, but quickly changes to deleting and the machine doesn't even begin the print process. I have followed all the steps of deleting everything and installing fresh programs, but nothing has changed. The HP Print and Scan Doctor shows everything as good. I can scan from my computer, but not print.

Unfortunately, this suggestion did not work. I ran through many scenarios and even switched back to my HP ENVY 5660 and gave it a try, but to no avail.

 

I have lost hope of these printers working on this system.

Please follow these steps to reach them.

Step 1. Open link: https://www.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

Step 2. Select the product type.

Step 3. Enter your device's serial number or select Let HP detect your product option.

Step 4. Select the country from the drop-down.

Step 5. You should see the Local Contact Options
