hi forum,
According to the printer manual you can set auto off after 2 hours in HP Smart app > printer settings > advanced settings > settings > auto off, but I can't set anything here!
Comments state: The Auto-Off setting is preset and cannot be configured.
But my printer won't turn off after 2 hours!
What's going wrong?

I understand that you want to set Auto-off function on the printer, I am glad to assist you.
Auto-off is disabled when a printer’s wireless or Wi-Fi Direct capability is turned on or when a printer with fax, USB, or Ethernet network capability establishes a fax, USB, or Ethernet network connection.
Follow the steps mentioned in page number 5 in this user guide for further assistance:- Click here
