Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought the printer and everything worked fine, I could print using Bluetooth perfectly. Then after the update, Bluetooth was off and when I tried to turn it on is stuck on "Bluetooth Smart is turning on". I tried everything and still isn't working.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

What is the operating system on your computer?

 

Please try uninstalling and reinstalling HP Smart on your computer.

 

Uninstall the app from your Windows-

  1. In Windows, search for and open Apps & features.
  2. Click HP Smart in the list of apps, and then click Uninstall.

and then install the app back --Install and Use the HP Smart App (Windows 10)

Try and open the app and check.
