Product: HP ENVY 7858
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried several times to get this printer to finish booting. I have tried waiting several hours. It will not boot past the "HP" screen with the 4 loading dots. I have power cycled the printer. I have tried via connecting via USB. Is there any way I can factory default this unit?
