HP ENVY 4502 ALL IN ONE PRINTER

MY PRINTER IS CONNECTED TO MY WIFI BUT I KEEP GETTING A "CONNECT PRINTER CANNOT PRINT. PRESS OK TO CONNECT PRINTER TO UPDATE STATUS" NO MATTER WHAT I DO.  YES, IS ON SAME WIFI NETWORK. WHEN I TRY TO UPDATE IT IT SHOWS THAT IT IS "UPDATING" FOR HOURS AND HOURS AND NEVER DOES. I CANNOT PRINT A STATUS REPORT, MUCH LESS LABELS. PLEASE HELP! THIS PRINTER WORKED PERFECTLY UP UNTIL THIS STUPIDITY AND I AM PULLING MY HAIR OUT. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP!

Hello Betty, I sent several messages yesterday (no hurry - it took me long enough to try suggested fix - lol) - I just wanted to make sure you received them so I'll go ahead and post the same information here. I was able to successfully complete the semi full reset - but unfortunately it didn't work, and I am still receiving the "cannot print. Press OK to connect and update, etc" - thanks!

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team regarding this as this could be a hardware issue.
