Product: HP ENVY Photo 6234 All-in-One Printer

Hello

 

Error: cartridges are not recognised.

I have left the UK in November last year and i had the auto delivery of cartridges set up, which i cancelle before i left.

 

the original cartridges are still in the printer and they have ink in them.

 

Operating system: Windows 10 Home

 

moved from UK to South Africa

 

Printer is connected to the home wifi.

 

You previously asked these questions, please see answers:

Which country did you move from and to?

Do you have the ink cartridges for both regions? -No, the original UK ones are in the printer, I cant find any cartridges for this printer. CAN YOU ADVISE WHERE TO GET THESE FROM IN SA?

Do you have a printer USB cable or is it connected wirelessly? WIFI

Do you have the printer full feature software or the HP smart app and drivers installed on your PC? YES

If you meet the above conditions then let me know the following details:

1) The operating system of your PC, is it Windows or Mac? Windows 10 home

2) Confirm the printer model. HP ENVY PHOTO 6234 

 

Apparently i need regional settings to be updated? How do i do that for this laptop in south africa please?
