HP Recommended

I have a Envy Photo 7855 printer that has worked ok for a couple years. We turned it off for a trip, and now it won't restart. You see the startup window with the circles on the bottom, but it gets stuck before it finishes. Can't turn it off or access the screen. Only way to turn it off or reboot and try again is to unplug it.

We're using Macs on a wireless network.
