Printer stuck on loading screen. Have tried previously suggested solutions:

1. Unplugged from printer and outlet for 60+ seconds.

2. Unplugged and held down on/off button for 15 seconds.

3. Checked for paper jams.

4. Pulled ink cartridges and reinstalled while on, while off then turned on, while on then turned off then back on.

5. Tried to run Doctor... does not find the printer.

6. Tried to download HP Smart App... File will not run.

7. Tried to update firmware. Printer is not found in order to do so.

What is the next option?

Hi @Kambra,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Do not worry, I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are facing issues with HP ENVY Photo 7155 stuck on the loading screen.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

This could be a hardware issue. However, Let's try to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer to its original settings and see if that works.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!

I have the same issue. Can you please send these secret instructions to me as well? It is ridiculous that you can't share the instructions in the response so that others can also benefit.
