HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

I've read all of the posts about the devices being stuck on the HP screen (white).  Unplugging, pulling cartridges and restarting, etc. have all been tried numerous times without solving the issue.  Does anyone have a fix that actually works for this or should I throw the printer out the window?
