When your HP ENVY Photo 7855 shows “Driver not available” on Windows 11, it means the printer driver is either missing, corrupted, or not compatible with the OS. Here’s the fix:

Step 1: Remove Old Printer Entries

  • Go to Settings → Bluetooth & Devices → Printers & Scanners.
  • Remove the HP ENVY Photo 7855.
  • Restart your computer.


Step 2: Download Latest HP Driver


Step 3: Use HP App


Step 4: Update Windows

  • Ensure Windows 11 is fully updated: 
    • Settings → Windows Update → Check for updates.
