I have purchased a HP ENVY Pro 6430 and connected to my Laptop wirelessly but can't print to the device. "Driver Unavailable" is listed under the the device. Despite this being advertised as Windows 10 compatible, it doesn't show up as tested with windows 10 on the HP website. Does anyone have any advise or suggestions?

Hi,
Please make sure your operating system is fully up to date, there were several issues with Windows 10 lately which may cause a such:

Next, follow HP Easy Start below by selecting the Basic or Full Feature Software option and check for any difference while completing the installation process:

Ok, 5th attempt and software ran and told me that the printer is installed. Look at connected devices and printer doesn't appear. Restarted computer, check again and printer isn't there. Attempted to add device through windows again and, as previous, successful but told that 'driver is unavailable'.
