Product: HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer had cartridge issues, loaded new cartridge now the printer wont boot up. Its forever stuck on hp logo screen. have drained charge, rebooted, left it powerless for a while, none of it works.
