Just to let you know that I have a new Wi Fi network. How do I get it to you so that my printer will work with my computer?

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

 

To connect your HP ENVY 6065e printer to your new Wi-Fi network, please follow these steps:

 

Option 1: Use the HP Smart App (Recommended):

 

  1. Download & Open HP Smart: If you haven't already, install the HP Smart app from the HP website, Microsoft Store, or Apple App Store.
  2. Reset Network Settings: On your printer, press and hold the Wireless button (or Wireless + Cancel buttons) for about 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi light blinks.
  3. Reconnect to Wi-Fi: Open HP Smart, click Set up a new printer, and follow the instructions to connect the printer to your new network.

 

Option 2: Use the Printer’s Control Panel:

 

  1. On the printer, press the Wireless button.
  2. Go to Wireless Setup Wizard and follow the prompts to select your new Wi-Fi network.
  3. Enter your Wi-Fi password and confirm the connection.

 

Once your printer is connected, try printing a document to confirm everything is working. If you need further assistance, feel free to ask!
