Hello,
I have an issue where after updating to MacOS 10.15.1 I can no longer print to my m277dw via AirPrint due to a low memory issue. I resorted to update the software for my printer, but Easy Start hangs at the download. I followed the advice found at https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-3630-all-in-one-printer-series/7172306/document/c052... to no avail.
Here is a copy of my log if that helps...

Hello @satansjoi and thank you for your return,
@IronBadger I confirm that the problem should be solved by downloading HP Easy Start on 123.hp.com.

Hello,
The version of HP Easy Strat that you use should be the 2.4.0. That's why HP Easy Start isn't working as it should. Normally the version of HP Easy Start is the 2.9.0 in this way.
Please use the following version of HP Easy Start to install the printer:
Don't hesitate to ask us if you need us.

Hi @IRONBADGER I am having the same issue, but the solution listed below is not working for me.
I ran through the full instructions below, and the "Congratulations! page did print with the web-connected code. BUT I am still receiving the error message: "Waiting for the printer to become available". I have been looking for a solution for days, and today, finally came across this page. (It shouldn't be this hard to get help)
Thank you in advance for your help!

@CCVP, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Let us try uninstalling the printer software completely and then try adding the printer. Refer to the document HP Printers - Uninstalling HP Printer Software (Mac) for steps.
If the issue persists, run the disk utility on your computer-
1. Open Finder: Applications > Utilities > Disk Utility. Open it.
2. Select your Macintosh HD on the left side, then click Repair Disk Permissions along the bottom.
3. Let it finish (20 minutes or so), then close Disk Utility.
Now, try installing the printer on the computer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
