Easy Start is "unable to communicate with the device". It's a dead end. What can I do?

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Could you please help me with the model name or the product number to assist you better.

How is the printer connected? (Wired/Wireless)

Make sure the printer and the MAC are connected to the same network.
