Hi,
I have a problem installing the HP 2135 driver on my Mac that runs with the operating system 10.15.5 Catalina.
I have waited for an hour in the installation process via HP Easy Start, but the status is still preparing for device setup.
do i have to wait longer?
My internet is also no problem, based on speednet: downloads: 22 MBPs, Upload 13 MBPs.
anyone please help me. Thx

I have got the solution.
simply download the easy admin application: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06164609#one_download_EasyAdmin then search for the printer model you are looking for, select the macOS version then download the available drivers.
I downloaded 2 drivers: essential and easy scan, each approximately 150MB.
after that in Microsoft Word I add a new type of printer (if it already exists, then the series 2 printer will appear, select the series 2 driver as the default).
and successfully used, thanks to myself.
