HP Smart Tank 7000

I have an HP Smart Tank 7000 series printer. I cannot install the full software drivers on my computers.

I have installed the printer using HP Smart on both my phone and computer and it is working fine from this.

However when I try to install the full software. It suspends.

It gets to the "searching for available software for this product" stage then puts a page up stating

"Internet Connection error". Then stops.

 

I have done this on both my Windows 11 computer and my laptop which has windows 10 on it.

There is no issue with my internet or wifi connection.

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Hi, 

 

I have the same problem. I have tried downloading the drivers with the link you provided, but the installation also gets to a point where nothing happens.

Also using Windows 11
