HP Easy Scan repeatedly crashes whenever a scan is to be saved.
I am using macOS 13 on a Apple Mac mini M2 Pro.
I have been using HP Easy Scan on this computer since March 2023.
Restarting the computer and the printer does not fix the problem of HP Easy Scan app crashing when I try to save a scanned document.
So, I am trying to re-install the HP software using HP Easy Start.
I have progressed to the Setup Screen asking how I will be using the HP Product.
I have selected "In the Home - for personal use".
But the screen wants a nine (9) digit number (xxxxx-xxxx) and will not let the setup continue without this number.
There is no information on the screen explaining what this number is.
What number is needed to complete the setup?
