HP Easy Start will not install - New release 7/18

I work for Chick-fil-A, Inc. as an IT Agent. I wanted to make you all aware that the newest release of the Easy Start software for the OfficeJet 8025e that we use across the chain will not allow us to complete installation. The screen goes blank. We are also prompted to create an account which is not necessary for our purposes.

I am looking for an older version to install.
