HP Envy 4500

I just got this printer from my parents, and it's popping up an error code 0X83C0000A NOS_LOADER_APP. Do not tell me to restart the printer, or that the carriage is jammed. It's also important to mention that it has been sitting for quite some time, and it worked before it sat for some time.

This looks like a hardware issue.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
