Envy 4500
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I know it's somewhere in my printer or computer but I can't find it.  My Envy 4500 prints on both sides of the page (front & back).  It has 2 ways to flip the page.  It now flips it so that the 2nd page is upside down.  Can anyone tell me where I will find the process to change it?  Thank you for helping me.

Hi,

Normally it is up to users to make the decision to turn pages when binding. Which way do your prefer. The following video may help:

THE PROCESS WAS A LITTLE CUMBERSOME BECAUSE I FORGOT TO IDENTIFY MY OS AS WINDOWS 10.  I WAS EVENTUALLY ABLE TO WORK MY WAY THROUGH IT AND CAME UP WITH THE SOLUTION I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR FOR OVER A MONTH.  FOR ME THAT'S A REAL ACCOMPLISHMENT.  I AM REALLY THICK HEADED WHEN IT COMES TO THIS MACHINE.  THAT'S WHY I CALL  IT MY CONFUSER.  THANKS FOR THE HELP HP AND ANYONE ELSE THAT WAS INVOLVED.
