Product: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Envy 4507 printer won't print and I suspect it's instant ink related.  After I tried to install windows 11 I lost my sound due to windows 11 not supporting sound on my HP Envy laptop, so I had to revert back to windows 10.  This then stopped my printer working so had to reinstall, and it now doesn't allow me to print anything.  I can scan, print a test page, just can't print anything else.  I cancelled instant ink over a year ago and have non HP cartridges installed but it still won't allow me to print.

 

Any suggestions on how I can fix, and remove myself once again from the HP ball and chain that instant ink is, would be much appreciated.  Barring this the printer is going to the tip, and I'll get a cheap non HP product, with no ball and chain attached.
