Hello internet!

Here is my issue. My HP Envy 5000 series turns on no problem, and (at least according to the screen on the printer) connects to my home internet connection just fine. However, when I try and print anything (for example a word doc) the printer is listed as offline. When I try and use HP Smart to troubleshoot (literally the worst software I have ever experienced) it prompts me to "Set up or add a printer." When i click this option, HP smart not only finds the printer, it also claims the printer is online:

In the few years I have had this printer, it basically only works once every 6 months for a day, then stops working again. Honestly, I am embarrassed for the owners of HP. I mean it's just sad. It's a miracle HP is still in business with products this bad. It would be one thing if it was JUST a software or JUST a hardware issue, but honestly nothing you make works for more than a week before crapping out. I feel really bad for your tech support team, as you set them up for failure (and I am sure don't pay them enough either to deal with your terrible products). Anyways, I'm not really expecting an answer, I just needed a space to rant, and since your crappy website prompted/encouraged me to write a post, this is what you get.
