Hello,

 

I manage to connect my printer to WiFi and print from my mobile and MAC but cannot connect my printer to my mother's computer (Isabelle) since the last update of Window 10.

 

The message "Driver not available" appears under the printer name. All HP software doe  nothingincluding "print and scan doctor".

 

Can you help me? The solution may be to send me the driver (the driver software does not work).
