HP ENVY 5030 All-in-One Printer

My wife & I are experiencing very slow printing from our Envy 5034 printer. I have a Macbook Air & an iPhone; she has Android phone & Windows laptop. Firmware is up to date & I have been though all the problem diagnosis solutions I can find on HP website. 
I printed a "test print" as suggested by the diagnosis - it took at least 6 minutes.
We don't get any error messages on the printer or on the devices.
Generally connected wirelessly.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

A such may occur due to incorrect paper settings, such as Photo Paper usage,

 

Open the HP Smart app from a device and select Printer Settings, under Advanced Settings open the Settings tanb and select Paper and Tray Management.

 

Make sure the correct paper size is selected, as well the Paper Type is also set as Plain Paper and not as any other special paper type.

 

If above does not help, a such may also occur due to a faulty ink cartridge.

Open the cartridge access door and remove one of the cartridges, be sure to close down the latch and then try printing.

 

If you do not see a difference, also install the cartridge back and remove the other one, check if not any specific ink cartridge might be the cause.
