Please assist. I have purchased a HP printer and the language is set to Mandarin or similar. I am wanting to know how to reset this back to factory settings without having to use the screen on the printer? I don't understand the language that is why. Please assist.

@Samkate77, Welcome to HP Support Community!
These steps guide you through the process, even if you cannot read the language on the control panel.
-
Turn your printer off and then on.
-
On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch the Setup
icon
-
Touch the first option that displays on the printer control panel. This option is the Preferences menu.
-
Touch Language. Depending on your printer, the language selection is the first option that displays on the printer control panel.
-
Scroll through the list to find your desired language option, and then touch Yes to confirm.
If the issue persists, refer to the document HP Printers - Control Panel Displays the Wrong Language (similar menu for your printer too).
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
