HP Envy 5055 Frozen on Loading Screen

When I turn on my printer I get the HP logo, a loading bar, and 7 dots at the bottom of the screen. The loading bar gets stuck on the second dot and never fully powers on. I have tried resetting the printer by unplugging it, and my computer can't find the device when I plug it in using a USB cord. I barely used the printer and am very disappointed it has stopped working.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. If you have tried the hard reset and the issue persists, unplug the printer overnight and then try to power it On.

If it does not help, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
