Envy 5055

HP Envy 5055 wont print. Receiving error code 0x6100073. I have unplugged the printer, cleaned the cartridges, uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers. Everything is up to date including firmware. Won’t print test page. Scanner works fine. Connected wirelessly.

Hi @Tlunder

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I understand you are not able to print due to an error. I'd be happy to assist you.

Check if the print carriage is moving freely. If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
