Product: HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer was working fine one day and then stopped. It thinks it is printing but gives me faded pages (ink is fine) and copies blank. I tried rebooting it. Firmware is up to date. I get no error messages. It won’t scan. It’s like it got an update and is now junk. I can’t find any help unless I want to pay HP more money a month than I already pay for instant ink.  This may be my last HP printer. My old Epson still works that this one was supposed to replace.
