Product: HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer always printed two sides with no issues - page would come out, wait a few seconds to dry, and then feed back in automatically to print the 2nd side. Then it stopped and I don't know why. I get the same message on my desktop and my laptop. It tells me that I have to reload the page manually to print side 2. The printer is connected to wifi as is my laptop. My desktop has a wired network connection, but it's the same router. What quit and how to I fix this?
