HP Envy 5646 not printing Body Text

My HP Envy is suddenly not printing email body text  although it does does print headers. It also won't print parts of webpages. 

It will print PDFs successfully. I am using iOS and OS X Yosemite and Mojave. I am subscribed to HP ink

I believe it may (or may not) have started to have a problem around the time I inserted a colour cartridge which I got from HP about 1 week ago.

Heres what I have done so far:

• I have carried out a factory reset
• I have cleaned, aligned etc

Any ideas please? I am wasting a lot of ink and paper trying to resolve this. Thx

Try making a Standalone Color Photocopy and check the quality.

Do you have the same issue while trying to print from Email and WebPages on all 3 devices?

Reset the printer

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Update the printer firmware

Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC-Mojave.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

Also, check for any pending software updates on MAC and iOS device

Check the estimated ink levels

On the printer control panel, touch the Ink icon to display the current estimated ink levels.

Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report

1. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

   The Setup menu displays.

2. Touch Reports, and then touch Print Quality Report.

   A Print Quality Diagnostic page prints.
